If you have purchased them in a physically broken condition, have damaged parts or pieces, are incomplete, or vary from their description on the Blue Angel Farm product details website, the products are returnable within the refund window concerned.For return and refund, we do not provide a unified policy; we deliver our products to more than 150 countries across the globe, so all the sales done are final. However, in cases of damage or missing products from our side, we could take the required measures to provide a fair refund.

If an object is found defective, missing, or wrong as per your order & the explanation on our website, within 24 hours of delivery, customers have to escalate a problem with us. Within 24 hours, give us a photo of the packaging and goods at shipping@blueangelfarm.com. Our team will connect with you in less than the next 24 hours and solve the issues for you. We will schedule a reverse pickup for the item and then, as per your order, give either a full refund or a separate item in return. Replacements are subject to the same product’s supply.
